Called and spoke with Sonny who didn't hesitate to tell me to bring the car in. There was also a couple of small issues which were addressed and corrected no problem. Had to wait a couple of days for a part from the dealership and in the meantime while they had the car they discovered a pin hole leak in the radiator and replaced it and gave the care a tuneup new plugs etc. Part was received, car was fixed no check engine light. Hooked up diagnostic and everything showed good. Car runs great and I am happy. They have a good selection and reasonably priced. They didn't HAVE to do anything to the car. As Is is As Is and I appreciate all they did. Will buy from them again without hesitation.
Like a lot of people buying a used care is stressful. After going to a couple of other lots in Escondido and finding a couple of cars I liked and having the mechanic I took them too tell me not to buy. Total junk. Discouraged I thought I would give just one more used car lot a try and then regroup. Went to Blooms and was initially greeted by Shaggy the mechanic. The office was not open yet however he was happy to assist us and offered keys to any of the cars in we were interested which was about 4. Ray the owner came in and was very cordial and helpful in working with our budget. In a short time we signed a contract, in house financing. No problem.
Had the car a couple of days and check engine light came on. Oh Hell no.
I will be honest, I am usually very skeptical of used car dealerships. I saw a few good reviews, but I still wasn't sure. But, they had a few cars on AutoTrader that I thought looked good and wanted to check them out. I went with my dad who is very mechanically savvy just to make sure that what I was looking at wasn't a scam. When I got there I was very impressed by the cars they had. The car I originally was thinking of getting didn't impress me (not the fault of the dealer, I was kinda expecting it to have some quirks for the low price they were asking), but I found another car there that was well priced and in great condition. Took it for a test drive and was very impressed. Bought the car 2 weeks ago and have had no issues with it whatsoever. Great deal and great people who really made the car buying experience very easy for us. Would definitely recommend them to others looking for a great deal on a used car.
Needed a good used car for family members. I live at one end of the state and they at the other. Did an intensive online search and found a decent deal here. Was on a tight budget and they really worked with me and got me within 100.00 of my target! Making a decent deal a great deal! They were really easy to work with over the phone and even preformed an oil change and replaced the battery at no charge!
I went a week ago to see if there was any cars that me or my wife liked . When we got there we were greeted instantly with a warm welcome . There were a few cars that got our attention . And the sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were not pushy . We test drove a couple cars and then finally purchased a Mazda 2009 . We were so happy with it and the following weeks I took my daughter and we bought another car which was a 05 Honda Accord . I Highly Recommend them for your next car purchase . They are so knowledgeable and super honest. We were $900 dollars short and they worked with us to pay in a couple weeks with no interest . Thank you Ray and Sunny !
