They have taken care of all my jewelry for the last 20 years. The owner is awesome and goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy. I recently had a 50 year old wedding band that used to be my father's. 25 his 25 mine. crack from years of abuse bobs did a great job fixing it. But I was not 100% happy. So they used my gold and rebuilt my ring better than I could have ever dreamed. They did this to make sure I was happy with my ring. Happy is an understatement. Thank you
I wish I had more stars to give. I am so impressed with this business. I brought 2 gold chains and a bracelet to be fixed. They repaired the chains and charged me less than they quoted because the job didn't require as much work as they initially thought it would. Who does that?? So impressed. They also restrung a pearl bracelet and made it look beautiful even though I was missing pearls and beads. I can't speak highly enough about BGS.
