Nicely landscaped park. We had a spacious back in site in the upper lot. Pool is small but we enjoyed it.
Good place close to shopping centers and good restaurants. Amenities include pool, jacuzzi, laundromat, and showers. Though small, all are kept clean. Noise pollution is annoying unless you have the windows closed and are running the a/c. Close proximity to the highway is mostly responsible. Some of the more permanent residents bend the rules more than i would like. Some sites look like swap meets and others have rented a site much to small for their trailer/truck combo. The result is cars parked halfway on the street. I hope no one shows up after hours or tries to leave then. You need all the pavement you can get to maneuver out. The sites are slab concrete and are mostly level. They are narrow and plants are somewhat in the way. The trees at most sites do not provide shade yet drop stuff all over your roof. It's quite the combination of frustration and annoyance. The groundskeepers do a great job of keeping things clean though.
A bit tight in spot #71. Narrow. However park is very nicely landscaped, layer out and we'll maintained. We did not try WiFi or cable tv. Maybe a bit pricey at $70 +tax or maybe not I'm a bit out of the loop on cost as we tend to dry camp and stay parks under $60.
