Been there twice within their hours, never there!
They posted my review on Dec. 19 but did not post both of the pictures. The centerpiece pictured came from the competition. The El Norte Florist centerpiece is about half of the one depicted. Both were supposed to be the same.
The lady I talked to when I walked in, wasn't friendly. Even told me my wedding wasn't worth doing since I wasn't having a big wedding. I think any florist that doesn't want to work with brides on their wedding day shouldn't be in business! I wouldn't waste your time, the florist I ended up going with was great! The business is Carousel of flowers, the owner will work with you personally to help make your day the best day of your life! I hope this help someone.
Terrible service. I called to place an order for flowers to be delivered for my girlfriends birthday at her work. I told the woman I wanted them to be there between 1 and 5 and she said that would be fine. She ended up calling my gf at 5 and asking for her home address because she missed her round. Then we were getting ready to go to dinner and it wasn't until 6:30 right when we were leaving that she rang the doorbell. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!
This is a very nice flower shop with lots of unique merchandise available in addition to beautiful flowers. The people that work there are very helpful and will make suggestions so that you get what you really want. They'll show you samples of the flowers they have on hand and will special order flowers. I recommend this flower shop.
