Emily is an incredible employee and put our needs and concerns first. I haven't experienced this level of customer service ever at an Apple store. I highly recommend that your store not only hold on to her at any cost, but she should also be promoted to CEO of Apple! She is absolutely amazing at her job!!! Thank you Emily!
I went with audio problem and they let me wait for hours just to tell that they can not do anything and i can trade my iphone 6 with only $145 trade in value. Any person with an ounce of knowledge can go and check this store and i can assure you, you will be guaranteed disappoint with the lack of knowledge their genious bar stuff has.
