Once again, my debit card has been replaced. I was not called, just a letter sent to my PO Box. And, again, having trouble activating card, pin lost in mail, etc. I am so frustrated with this bank. It took 4 visits to get access last time! I opened an account with another bank just to be sure I am not stranded without access to cash. Horrible communication!
